Return Policy

What is your return and refund policy?

We fully stand behind all our products and guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any item you buy from us, please email our Customer Service at along with the order number or invoice number. We will instruct you on the return of the items and issue your refund for the purchase.

You can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition with its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Each returned item will be inspected prior to refunding. If the returned item is not in new, unused, or resalable condition there may be applicable restocking fees. All credit card companies and banks post credits in a different timeline. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Outdoor Cushions and Pillows:

There will be a 30% Restocking Fee on All returned Cushions and Pillows. All return shipping costs will also be at the customer's expense.

Holiday Items return and refund policy

We have an extended return policy for early holiday shoppers.
All orders received after November 1, 2008 have a return period ending January 31, 2009.
